After fulfilling bond requirements mompha regains liberty

The Dubai-based Nigerian entrepreneur was admitted to bail with one surety who has to be a landed property proprietor Justice Mohammad Liman,

who ordered him to deposit his passport together with the Deputy Chief Registrar of this court and accounts in the

EFCC office each fortnight to demonstrate he hasn’t abandoned the country.

LIB reported previously that Mompha who had been arraigned by

the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on 14 counts on fraud,

money laundering and conducting a currency firm without the authorisation of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN),

has been awarded a N100m bond on Friday, November 29.

Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha has recovered his liberty after refining the bond conditions given to him by a Lagos High Court.

After regaining his liberty, because he had been seen with his buddies mompha has perfected his bond conditions.
